Indoor activities I enjoy doing with the children I have cared for include: building legos, learning to read/write/colors/etc, drawing/coloring, hands on sensory activities such as sensory bins. Outdoor activities include: going to the park, playing on the trampoline, tag, hide and seek, hands on sensory activities.
My experience with special needs children...
I personally have no experience with special needs children but I do like to think of myself as a very compassionate, patient, and understanding person. I believe with the right amount of time and effort I could find the best way to care for your child. The closest experience I have is with my nephew who has severe adhd.
