The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part of being a nanny has been watching the family I cared for grow and the kids get older. There’s something so special about seeing the little milestones — first steps, first words, first days of school — and knowing I played a small part in those moments. Watching them grow into their own personalities and still running up for hugs years later is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
