Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy being outside and exploring nature. It's fun, it's not a video game, it's educational, and it offers a chance to see how littles minds turn and allows an opportunity to simply chat and listen to them. Anything outside is great for me. I enjoy activities that will teach a life skill and ones that teach but are so fun they haven't a clue they were actually learning math! I'm a sucker for the snuggly, cling to me kiddos, and absolutely welcome the ones who ask every question under the sun! I'm inquisitive myself so passing on "nugget knowledge" (small easy to remember facts) is something I cherish. I also enjoy just letting them be little? Yes messes get made and yes sometimes they get hurt feelings or little boo boos, however that's not the part they remember. It's the fun and time spent. (Don't worry I will clean messes, offer emotional support, and bandaids too.)
