I have worked in an early learning center for almost 5 years taking care of children ranging from age 2 through age 8, but I would love to work in a more personal environment. I have my 90-hour Certification, am credentialed by the Maryland State Department of Education, and am actively taking college courses to complete my degree.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to do various amounts of activity’s such as crafts (indoors and outdoors), cooking, baking, and I’ll even attempt to play sports although I’m not the best :))
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken a Special Education course at part of my schooling and have completed an internship in a special education elementary classroom!! I have also taught children with a few different disabilities in a preschool setting as well!

I am a full-time student at McDaniel college, where I am an ASL ( American Sign Language) major. I have been studying the language for about 2 years now and while I am not yet fluent I am confident in the skills I have gained so far. I played the violin all through out grade school as well as one year in community college, I also took some piano courses in high school and am currently taking them again at McDaniel. I absolutely love music playing and listening. Nothing makes my day better than a spontaneous dance party in the living room.
