More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Growing up my mother ran a daycare and we were basically her minions. We entertained, changed diapers, or gave a bottle when ever told. When I was age 14-16, I babysat on the weekends, whenever possible, anywhere from 1 to 4 children at a time. They always wanted any of us(my sisters and I). We always went above and beyond what was expected of us. We washed the dishes in the sink, gave baths, or would pick up the play room after the kids were asleep.
Although I have no children of my own, I grew up to be an elementary teacher and cared for each and every one of those children like they were my own. I have taught children from all backgrounds and abilities. If you take a chance on me, You will not be disappointed.

Art Projects. Playing. Painting. Drawing. Building. Creating. Swimming. The Beach. Help with homework. Playing at the Parks or in the yard. Walks around the neighborhood. Baking or cooking depending on age.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is putting the child’s safety first. I also feel that keeping kids stimulated and curious is a big importance. I am not someone that relies on technology to keep kids occupied, but I do feel technology is important. I like structure and routine, but I am huge on imagination and creativity!
My experience with special needs children...
In my teaching experience, I have dealt with all kinds of special needs children. Some had aides with them so I never had to help them use the bathroom, administer medicine, or feed them. My experience was more with cognitive development, creativity, and fine motor skills. Those children were some of my favorite.
