The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is not just about watching the children. We have to be able to make a connection and be confortable with each other. I believe we are there to not only care for them but to love them and nurture them until our hearts burst! I love knowing that the children happy and feel safe. That is the number one priority. We must treat them with kindness and respect no matter how old or young they are. They deserve it.
