Yoga camp at Alliance for the Arts, teaching elementary age students Yoga. Teaching Yoga to kids of elementary age to teenagers who are in therapy for mental illness. Raised my younger sister from birth to age 12.. we were very bonded. I was the first to hold her in the hospital. Our mother was sick and not able to care for her.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Yoga, dancing, coloring, painting. Arts and crafts, meditation, reading, dolls, doing their hair (as I was a hairstylist for 25 years). Playing outside, Nature walks, swimming, kayaking, nap time, snacks, light meals. Baking 🍪 🍰

You have to be nurturing, compassionate, kind, gentle and patient. It’s also very important to keep their interest and whatever activities that you’re doing.
