Hi! I’m Melissa, a mom of 4 wonderful grown children and 3 amazing bonus kids. After raising a busy, joyful household & spending 10 years providing in‑home childcare to seven little ones, I discovered that being surrounded by children is one of my greatest sources of fulfillment.
I recently moved to Florida so three of my children could attend state schools, and with my evenings and weekends more open, I’m excited to offer part‑time childcare again. Over the years, I’ve cared for my own children, 9 nieces and nephews, and many families who became like my own.
I’m an avid reader & love sharing books with kids of all ages. My childcare style is hands‑on, curious, & STEM‑infused — I believe children learn best through touching, exploring, creating, imagining, and engaging. Every outing can be a field trip & every moment can be a chance for discovery.
