I specialize in caring for children with autism and have worked with children with special needs since I first started working in a daycare. While I was a one-on-one nanny, I also brought the child to his therapies, which included ABA, physical, and speech.

The most fulfilling aspect of being a nanny, in my opinion, is witnessing the impact you have on the kids. Since kids imitate everything that their caregivers say and do, it's great to be able to say that I had some influence on who the kids are or will become. A child's early years determine how they are raised and develop their moral principles. I intend to share in your upbringing as well.
