My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children with learning disabilities, behavioral issues and physical handicaps. I have also worked with mentally challenged individuals on the spectrum. Specific special needs clients included non-verbal, down syndrome, blind, deaf, organic brain disorders, etc.
I also worked with physically disabled clients that required walkers, gait belts, wheelchairs and who were bed ridden. I also have a long history of caring for kids with prosthetics.
