A little bit about me

Hi! I'm Melody, and I have over 5 years of paid childcare experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. As the oldest of eight children, caring for kids has always been a huge part of my life, and it’s where my love for babysitting began.
I’ve worked as a behavioral therapist for children ages 2–12, which helped me build strong skills in patience, communication, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support. In addition, I’ve babysat a newborn, where I handled feedings, diaper changes, and daily routines, as well as cared for a 5-year-old and 10-year-old—helping with homework, preparing meals, and keeping their environment clean and organized.
I enjoy being a babysitter because I love supporting children as they learn, grow, feel safe and confident. I’m reliable, attentive, and adaptable to each child’s unique needs, I always strive to create a fun, nurturing, and structured environment. I take pride in being someone both kids and parents can trust.
