The most important part about being a nanny is to be an extension of what the families needs are. It’s important to recognize parents have a lot going on I need that bit of help in one area or another so that they can have some peace and enjoy their parenting experience. I too used a nanny when my children were young and I was working my own business. I found it very helpful so that I could have quality time with my children.
