I’ve cared for children in several settings, including substitute teaching elementary and middle school students, teaching and mentoring youth through the Newcomer Integration Center for Refugees and Immigrants (NICER FL), and supporting children’s programs, summer camps, and special events at the University of South Florida Recreation & Wellness Center. I’ve also volunteered with children through Sunday school at my church and have experience caring for younger family members, including my cousin.

I’d enjoy doing a mix of creative, active, and educational activities! Indoors, I’d love doing arts and crafts, baking/cooking together, board games, reading, music, simple science experiments, or having movie and game nights. Outdoors, I’d enjoy going to the park or playground, riding bikes, playing sports, going on nature walks, visiting the beach, or having little picnics. I’m also always happy to turn everyday activities into something fun and engaging for the kids!
