Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Into activities that I like to do is taking the kids out to the park, doing some type of activity where there’s arts and crafts, have little movie nights with them, which could be any kid cartoon movie, playing little fun games which could be tagged or hide and seek, doing some sort sensory play like using shaving cream and mixing it with glitter, or reading books with them and using different voices for the book characters. Etc
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about ting is making sure that the kid is having fun that they’re interacting that know you’re keeping them entertained making sure that they’re safe and just overall having that fun experience that they can go back and tell their mom and dad even if they’re verbal or nonverbal there’s a way that they can communicate regardless of it is with a the AAC device or a word board and they’re letting their parents know. I had fun today with my nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
My type of special needs kids and I have experience with our both non-verbal and verbal and some of them, high maintenance behaviors and even some with low maintenance behaviors.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment nanny would probably be playing music for the kid that I was nannying and they started dancing and I was cheering them on and it was so cute
