A little bit about me

I have B.A. in H. & P.E., with a minor in Biology. I am certified by the ISSA in Fitness Training & was trained by the Famous Body Builder,Tom Platz (competed w/Schwarzenegger in the Olympia). I worked as a Fitness Trainer in CA for 9 years (men,women & children) where I taught Fitness classes, held contests with games(Tennis, ping-pong, etc...). I put on plays with men, women & children for large audiences and held many family activities at the "Oakwood Worldwide," in Toluca Hills, CA.
I have done many baby sitting jobs throughout my life, as I have 7 children of my own, ages 11 through 38. After college, I worked with the Fitness company, "Jack LaLane," in NJ, where I eventually became a Supervisor of 4 different locations. I oversaw these entire facilities, where I had to oversee the children's facilities, as well as "child-care" areas. I made sure the children all had the necessary items for their needs (I made sure there was a ratio of 1 adult(CPR) to 3 children at All times
