A little bit about me

Hello! I’m Michaela, or Kayla for short. I love kids of all ages, and I have eight years of experience caring for children.

I have been babysitting regularly for a family of six children (who are currently between the ages of three and fourteen) for the past eight years.

Currently, I am a part-time nanny for a three year old and an infant, and I have been with this family for almost two years. I cover daily routines including naps and meal times, and I’m well-acquainted with the arts of cars, action figures, and digging in dirt.

I also volunteer for my church’s kids’ ministry, and I’ve developed close relationships with each of the kids.

Outside of working with children, I love writing and playing music, witty humor, thrifting, interior decorating, planning and hosting events for my friends, and all things coffee!
