* very flexible in terms of accommodating my employers with my time and if time allows, additional small tasks, that get in the way (not if there are 3-4 children though:)
* Im fun. Always positive and I try to look at things with a positive outlook, always look for something to be excited about, just as children are. They dont need fancy stuff to be excited..
* respect and loyalty. Im a very open communicator. No awkwardness
* have fun with kiddos while giving parents peace of mind.
* Im looking for serious parents , who are picky, who they allow their children to be influenced by. Not hiring a caregiver to save money.
