"Michelle was the local manager for Cherry Hill Programs. Santa Claus Photography during Christmas Nov- December, 2022 and 2023 with me (Santa Claus) at the Maine Mall, South Portland, Me. She worked with our visitors, families, boy, girls, young and old arranging photo shoots, scheduling appointments, the best customer service for all. Setting work schedules for the elves, approving pay cards. Set cleaning, cash, credit card sales. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Her interactions with the children and adults was always spot on and always sympathetic to their needs and expectations. She had a special knack to calm the little children. Our guests always spoke very highly of the way Michelle made their experience with Santa unforgettable. Michelle always put the customer first. I highly recommend Michelle for her employment."
