Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have lead 30+ kids at a time (of all ages) as a Summer camp counselor. I saw to a variety of emotional needs at that time, from kid to kid, and did a credible job listening and reaching them to come all together in ease and inclusiveness. Other relevant experience includes part time work in a church nursery, taking care of 2 to 5 year olds, volunteering as Sunday school leader and storyteller, babysitting, volunteer leader to youth and teens church programs, and many years of entertaining and captivating classrooms of children on stage as a children's theater actress.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

swimming, outdoor play/playground, field trips, art, dance, theater games, teaching, reading and more!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I imagine (from being a very active aunt) it would be getting to be a positive role model in a child’s life, feeding them healthy confidence and emotional maturity, giving tools to help them grow into the person they are.
