More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Over the past 10 years, I've worked as a nanny, caring for and educating children of various ages. This experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in managing children's daily needs such as feeding, bathing, and general care. I have also been actively involved in planning and implementing educational and entertaining activities, fostering the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children under my care. My experience as a nanny has provided me with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the little ones when their parents are not present. Additionally, I've established close relationships with the families I've cared for, which has contributed to my ongoing commitment and passion for childcare.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
As a nanny, the activities you do with the children you care for depend on their ages and interests, but typically include: educational play, reading, arts and crafts, homework, and support in their activities outside the home.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny entails more than just a job; it is a vocation filled with love and responsibility. The most important thing is to be a beacon of love and guidance in the lives of these children, shaping their hearts and minds with care and affection.
My experience with special needs children...
I have had the opportunity to care for and support children with a variety of needs, such as autism, ADHD, cognitive and physical disabilities.
In this role, I have developed key skills such as empathy, patience and adaptability. Each child is unique, and I have learned to understand her individual challenges and adapt my caregiving and communication methods to meet her specific needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny is when I see a child overcome a challenge or achieve a personal milestone. It could be witnessing a child with special needs take their first steps or communicate effectively, or seeing a child in general conquer their fears or insecurities.
The joy and pride in their eyes, the smile on their faces, and the excitement in their voices are simply priceless. It's in those moments that I feel like my role as a nanny goes beyond just taking care of children; I'm contributing to their growth and development in a meaningful way.
Each of these moments reminds me why I chose to be a nanny: to witness the beauty of childhood, to be a support on their journey to independence, and to help build happy memories they will carry with them throughout their lives. It's a constant reminder of the importance and impact of my work, and that's what makes it my favorite moment.

Hi there I'm Sarah! I'm currently in cosmetology
school, nearing graduation and I also have my
AA in interior design.
I have been babysitting and nannying since I
was a kid myself. I have worked in elementary
schools as an assistant for my mom who is a
teacher so tutoring is no problem either!
My training in animal care comes from years
working at pet resorts and veterinary clinics.
From walking to bathing and giving medicine I
have been trained in all of those areas. I love
all animals!
Since I am currently in school my availability is
Monday-Thursday after 4pm and Friday.
Sunday completely open.
I strive to have everyone in the house,
children, seniors and pets to be safe, happy,
healthy and engaged in meaningful activities. I
am excited to have the opportunity to work
with your family!
