"Miliana was a great fit for our family needs and dynamic. She likes to have busy hands and never needs to be asked to jump in. She has her own parenting experience, plus has nannied for a variety of families, so she has a lot of suggestions when you ask but not when you don't. She's great at letting you make the decisions and following them with no judgment. She is great at meeting your kid(s) where they are but also challenging them. I trust her to make sure my kids are not exposed to any hurtful or limiting mindsets. She has been great at supporting different stages of our parenting and the things we've tried and adjusted as time has gone on. She always brings a great attitude to work and seems genuinely happy to be around my kids, which is great, because sometimes I am not.
