A healthy environment is so crucial especially when someone is coming into their home and into their safe space.

My favorite moment was the first day of kindergarten for a set of twins I had been watching since they were 2 years old. The twins collapsed in my arms in tears because they were going to spend all day with another person who wasn’t me and they were so sad thinking they’d never see me again but I picked them up from school each day and still nannied for them until their mom started working remotely.
