Right now, I work as a paraprofessional in a public school, providing one-on-one support to a student with autism. This role has strengthened my skills in patience, redirection, communication, and adapting to individual learning and behavioral needs. I also previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at an ABA therapy center, where I supported children with autism in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.
