"To be very honest, I was skeptical about Miriam. She was very young and I didn't know if I could trust her with my kids but I decided to take a chance. I am SO glad I did! I could go on and on about how much we loved Miriam! We did not have her on full-time, we would hire her for an occasional date night or when anything came up but she would rock it every time! Our kids would talk about all the fun they had with her WEEKS after she had already babysat. 10/10 Would recommend!!!"

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is making sure you meet not only the parents needs but the kid's needs. Most nannies make sure that they satisfy the list of requests for the parents but don't make sure the children are satisfied. I am to please everyone and ensure an incredible experience for both parents and children!

Wow, I have so many... I think my favorite memory was with my last family. He was about 13 months and we had been singing french songs together but he didn't seem to be retaining the information. Well I decided to move on because he wasn't interested and about a week later, his mom sent me video of him singing. She was confused because she hadn't heard that song before but it was the song we had been learning!! I felt so proud that he was listening and learning even at the young age of 13 months! I love seeing babies learn and grow
