The most important part about being a Nanny, is ensuring that the kids feel safe, heard and seen for who they are. Through the tough moments, such as tantrums, although boundaries are extremely important in those moments, I also do not want them to feel like they cannot express those more challenging emotions. I believe it is important for children to know they are loved and safe in every parts of their growing journey.
