Hi my name is Ms.Monay. I am a Baltimore native, and relocating to charlotte within the next few months . I have been in the childcare/education field for over 10 years. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education/Human development. I am Cpr/ first aid certification, along with being a certified newborn sleep consultant. I am also fully vaccinated + booster.I have my own vehicle. I have experience with all ages, from newborns and older. I was a preschool teacher for 7 years at John Hopkins homewood campus , worked at summer camps, after school programs ,nanny and volunteer at many youth events.

I focus on each child individually, recognizing his or her differences, need for nurturing, growing independence, physical energy,and creativity. I believe children learn best from hands-on experiences through play rather than verbal.
