Some activities I like usually do with children are fun learning games, baking if of age with the parents permission, drawing and or colouring books, school glue crafts, working with playing beads for making bracelets, necklaces, etc. Any activities that the parents would suggest me to do will be done. I’m also big on reading and helping with homework.

My 2 years in experience with special needs children was only during high school. I was involved in the after school programs which was called “study buddies”. We worked on homework, projects, and studying.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favourite nanny moment was when I sadly had to leave the family I was with for three years. I felt as though I was part of the family, how much me, the children, and parents connected. On my last day coming to work, the Mazzola family surprised me with a “We will miss you” themed gathering. Seeing how much the kids grew and learned was so emotional for me. To this day I still keep in contact with them. That was my favourite and most unforgettable memory I have that brings so much joy to me.
