Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have always loved caring for children and have gained experience in many different settings. I had the opportunity to intern in both a second-grade and fourth-grade classroom, where I helped support students, assisted with activities, and learned more about children’s learning and development. I am also the oldest sibling to two younger siblings, and I have cared for and helped raise them throughout my entire life, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe and loving environment for children.

Along with my personal experience, I have been babysitting for six years and have worked as a full-time nanny for three years. I have experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to older children, and I truly enjoy creating fun, engaging, and nurturing experiences for them. I love being someone children can trust, learn from, and feel comfortable around.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some of my favorite activities to do with children are the simple moments where we get to explore, learn, and have fun together. I love taking them to the park to play, enjoy the fresh air, and let them use their imagination. Going on walks is another favorite because it gives us the chance to talk, look at nature, and turn everyday moments into little adventures. I also enjoy doing age-appropriate activities like crafts, reading books, outdoor games, and anything that encourages creativity and learning. I love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves and making memories.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Every child deserves to feel valued, encouraged, and supported as they learn and grow. I believe a nanny is more than just a caregiver we become a positive role model, someone who celebrates milestones, teaches kindness, builds confidence, and gives parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring hands. Being trusted with a family's greatest treasure is a responsibility I never take for granted.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was watching a little one I cared for take their very first steps. I had spent months encouraging them, celebrating every little milestone, and cheering them on. Seeing them confidently walk across the room with the biggest smile on their face was such a rewarding moment. Being able to share that excitement with their parents reminded me why I love being a nanny. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of these special milestones and memories that families will cherish forever.
