Having trust between myself and the parents. I always go the extra mile to build trust with the family’s and let them always know that I appreciate them for entrusting me with their child, because I know that isn’t always easy to do.

I don’t have a favorite moment, but I would say my favorite part is building a bond with the kids and watching them grow!
Kids grow so fast and it’s genuinely a privilege to watch. For example, I have one family where I’ve been watch their kids since they were 2 months and 2 1/2 years old now they are 18 months and almost 4. It’s so joyful to watch them grow.
Children’s minds are amazing and I love to watch them blossom and grow into their different personalities.
