Not only have I helped raise the 5 children of my sister in law , my mothers job ran a daycare area for the children while their parents were busy. I worked there for about a year and got all my community service hours for school.

Understanding what each child needs , to be kind and patient. You don’t need to discipline them , but if they do something that’s not okay you let them know in a nice manner. When I was younger I had a lot of terrible baby sitters and it showed me how much of an impact someone can have on you even if it’s for one day.
