More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was head of the preschool children’s ministry for 3 years. I have also worked in a special needs camp and volunteered in special education classroom. I taught English and Sign Language to both Deaf and hearing refugee families. Additionally, I have babysat both in large groups and for families on and off for the last 8 years.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am very crafty, so I enjoy doing arts and crafts with children. I have a heart for the Deaf community, so I often teach basic ASL to children, I have found kids enjoy (I’ve been told it feels like a secret language). I also enjoy playing games, reading to, and cooking with kids.
