A little bit about me

I’m an 18 year old, first generational born Vietnamese American in my family. I grew up caring for my siblings and many other family members! I also enjoy spending time outside. In my free time I usually study for school. I’m a great communicator and have lots of free time. I want to go into Nannying because I want to be more involved with children and build my skills to be the best care taker I can be. I did CNA through high school and have CPR experience, I do enjoy learning about children while growing a relationship with them and making it known that they’re safe and cared for. I know how to cook and tidy things up if needed. Truthfully I want to be a nanny so I can help parents with stress while knowing that their child is cared for and under a good eye.

I enjoy being in the kitchen with children while I cook, it’s like I’m on a TV show explains what I’m doing and what I’m using. I also enjoy nature walks and hanging out at parks, I try to steer away from electronic devices to entertain children only for the soul fact that raw education and information is more influencing when more physicality is involved.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being able to have the patience and understanding mindset of different children and settings. Showing the child that you care and that they are safe is key to building a trustful 1 on 1 bond with the child.
