The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Building trust with both the children and their parents is everything, along with being consistent, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs as they grow and learn.

My favorite nanny moments are when I get to see the kids I care for learn something new or accomplish something they’re proud of, whether it’s saying a new word, mastering a new skill, or just gaining confidence in themselves. Being a part of those little milestones and seeing their excitement never gets old!
