My favorite moment working as a nanny happened during an art session with a young child. We started to experiment with mixing different colors and using different methods. In the beginning they were unsure of trying something new. Worried that they would make the art wrong somehow. I reassured the child there are no mistakes in art only beautiful ones. They began to create an amazing piece. At the end they were so incredibly proud and happy with what they created. I just loved to see how much joy was brought from trying something new.
