I would say always being attentive and making sure that the kid's feelings are being validated. Also making sure they understand certain so if they happen to mess up it can be corrected in a proper way, at the end of the day they're just kids and still learning and trying to comprehend certain things.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say my favorite moment for most of the kids I babysat would be when they have an "aha" moment. When they figure something out for themselves and they get excited and can't stop talking about it or showing everyone what they've accomplished. Even if it is as small as brushing their teeth, putting on their pants, or over pouring milk in their cereal.
