The most important part of being a nanny is helping children feel confident and loved while they grow. I enjoy supporting their milestones, encouraging independence, and being a positive role model they can count on every day.

One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a little boy learn how to tie his shoes. He was so frustrated at first and kept saying, “I can’t do it.” We practiced every day using the “bunny ears” method, took deep breaths, and celebrated small progress. The day he finally tied them on his own, he jumped up and said, “Don’t help me, I’m a big kid now!” The pride on his face was priceless, and I was just as proud of him as he was of himself.
