A little bit about me

Hi parents! I've been a nanny for almost 9 years and have worked with children newborn to 12 years old. I love to push educational activities, encourage creative and independent play. I am CPR certified and I also have taken an EMT course while in college. I have a few courses pertaining to early childhood development and have worked with children that have special needs including children that have autism, developmental delays, allergies and specialized diets. I have provided overnight care for infants including twins (assisting with sleep training and a night time routines), "live-in" weekend care and regular full time/ part time care. I don’t think of caring for children as a job, it’s more of something I am passionate about. My style of parenting and nannying are very similar to Waldorf and Montessori principles. I am also an Authoritative parent and bring that into my nannying. I would be needing to bring my child with me, he’s 1 years old.
Rate: $15-25 an hour.
