Being gentle and mindful of the kid. Making sure they are comfortable with you and well fed. Also checking in on them frequently and even allowing them to speak over the phone with their parents if they can.

I haven't cared for any. However, if I had to it wouldn't make any difference, they are the same as any other kid. I will be mindful of their disability and treat them with my ultimate respect.
