Hello! My name is Nakia, I am a 21 year old student at the University of California, Santa Cruz who is taking the next two quarters off of school so I can explore new areas before I graduate! I have experience as a full time live-in nanny for three months in Sicily, Italy! While it was an incredible learning experience for me, I am now looking for a part-time live-in position. I have experience working with special needs children, as well as working with a multitude of ages. I have experience working in stressful situations with many kids as well as having to perform first aid. I have worked as an English, mathematics, and science tutor for 3 years so I am also able to help with homework. My family is from Honolulu so I am familiar with the Hawaiian culture and customs.
