A little bit about me

I’m a mother of 4 grown children and 3 grown grandchildren. I’m proud to say that all but one of my children and all of my grandchildren have a college degree. I retired from being a city administrator and before that I was an office manager for a division of the Norfolk Southern Railroad in Moberly, MO We are not from here. We have only lived in Jefferson City for the past 6 years. I’ve always been a hard worker and I have babysat since I was 10 years old. I had my first child when I was 16 which I’m not proud of, but my point is that I have literally cared for children my whole life.
As for your children, I can tell you that I would love and protect them as if they were my own. I would read to them every day. I would try my best to structure their nap times for you. I also would do my best to keep them clean and happy!
Starting supper and keeping your house tidy would be fine. The only thing I don’t want to do is dust.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I took care of my baby sister , who was 10 years younger, since I was 10 years old. I also began babysitting for money for other people at age 10. I began caring for 2 preschool girls when I was 16 and I was allowed to take my little one too. I kept them until they started school.

I read to them a lot every day.

I can remember keeping a little boy YEARS AGO. He had gone in to the bathroom and I thought he was getting kind of quiet. I peeked in the door and he had baby powder from one end of him to the other! All I could see where his beautiful long eye lashes fluttering. I believe it was the funniest thing I had ever seen. I remember him saying I DIDN’T MEAN TO. It was too funny to fuss at him about.
