Hi families! I’m Natalia, a former elementary teacher from Colombia, currently seeking a full-time nanny position Monday to Friday. I’m available all day, every weekday, and offer a variety of childcare services including schedule management, light meal prep, fun activities, school pick-ups, and more.

I have experience caring for infants through school-aged children, including those with special needs. I’m reliable, CPR/First Aid certified, and have excellent references.

Looking for a family in the East Bay (Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Concord or Alamo) who can offer 40+ hours a week. I’m hoping for a long-term commitment and I am available for a contract position.

During a 2.5-year contract, I cared for siblings—a 7-month-old baby and a 2.5-year-old toddler, gaining valuable experience in managing the needs of both infants and toddlers, while creating a balanced, supportive routine. I also recently worked with a 4-year-old with special needs, focusing on tailored activities to support his development and emotional growth. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love engaging babies and toddlers in activities that are both fun and developmental! For babies, I enjoy tummy time, sensory play, reading simple books, and playing peekaboo to help with early learning and bonding. With toddlers, we have adventures outdoors, get creative with arts and crafts, play pretend games, and sing action songs to encourage motor skills, language, and imagination. Every moment is an opportunity to explore, learn, and grow together!

I’ve had the privilege of working with children with special needs in a educational environment, providing both educational support and compassionate care. For 2.5 years, I worked with a wonderful family where their older son, who had mild autism, required tailored routines and activities to thrive. I supported him with social skills, communication, and daily activities while fostering a nurturing environment. Most recently, I’ve been caring for a 4-year-old with autism, focusing on structured play, communication, and emotional regulation. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique needs of children with autism and have allowed me to provide individualized, patient care to help them flourish.
