The most important part about being a nanny...

I nannied a family with extremely shy kids. They were very quiet at first, so I had to think of something fun and interactive to get them out of their shell. I took out the white board and started drawing pictures and they would have to guess what it was before I finished (like Pictionary)! It was good because it gave them a chance to talk and have fun at the same time. I loved seeing them laugh and shout the answer out and be competitive with one another! They would ask to play this every time I was there. It was heartwarming that they enjoyed my game and continued to want to play it with me!
