Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked as an RBT for over a hear for Autism home support services, and transitioned into professional nannying directly after. I have been professionally nannying for about 3 years, and have always casually babysat since I was in high school.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going on walks, visiting local parks, going to the library, taking them to classes. But I also love to just stroll around target on a gloomy day, go out to lunch to their favorite spots, and try to look for affordable or free childrens activities that the community provides! Play dates are always welcomed too.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a caregiving for someone who is developing into the person they’re going to be is a very important and special role. Being someone a child can rely on, trust, and grow to love spending time with us something I hold dear to my heart. I strive to be someone that a child can feel safe with, someone they can come to to ask anything, and ensure their well being when mom or dad are gone. The most important part is that the child knows I am there for them, and that they enjoy being around me, and we can go through the happiest emotions, and the hard emotions together.
