"Nataly has been an invaluable part of our family, caring for our daughter with kindness, creativity, and unwavering reliability. From the very beginning, Nataly formed a deep and loving bond with our daughter, and it was clear that she was not just a caregiver but truly part of our family.
We loved her ability to engage our daughter in thoughtful, age-appropriate play. She always had new and exciting activities planned, from sensory crafts to music time, ensuring that each day was filled with fun and learning. She understood how to encourage exploration and curiosity, making even the simplest moments fun & practice new skills. Nataly also prioritized outdoor play, taking our daughter on regular trips to the playground and spending time outside whenever possible. Her flexibility and dependability made our lives so much easier—we always knew our daughter was in the best hands.
She brings warmth, patience, and creativity to her caregiving, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!"

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy creating stimulating and safe environments for each stage of children’s development, using recyclable materials such as boxes and water bottles, among other things, or their own toys and whatever materials are available.
In addition to indoor activities, such as sensory activities, or arts and crafts, songs, dancing, story time, I believe in the importance of outdoor play for children's physical and emotional well-being. I organized and supervised outdoor adventures, such as nature walks, playground visits and sensory play sessions. These experiences not only promoted physical health, but also sparked the children's curiosity and creativity as they explored the world around them.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most important thing about being a nanny is being trustworthy—not just adapting to each child and each family, but also being able to work as a team and maintain open and clear communication.
The most important part about being a nanny...
With the baby I’ve been taking care of recently, I really got to enjoy her growth and development milestones over the course of a year, and one of my favorite moments with her was when she started experimenting with language—she’d imitate my sounds and gestures, and it was so funny to watch.
Another one of my favorite moments was when a little girl spontaneously took my hand as a sign of trust and confidence in front of her parents and invited me to play with her when she is shy with other people, the connection with a child is so important. These are little gifts that confirm that you are doing very well. Another favorite and magical moment of course, was a couple of months ago when the baby I was taking care of took her first little steps, on her tiptoes, it's so nice to feel that you are part of her accomplishments.

Hi! I'm Vic - 33, married, and mom to my sweet 19-month-old. Caring for others isn't just something I do, it's genuinely who I am. With over 10 years spent around children and people of all ages, I've learned to listen closely, stay calm under pressure, and truly anticipate what someone needs. I'm a homebody at heart. But I also have an adventurous side: camping, hiking, and discovering new places and flavors light me up. I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently, so connecting with people comes easily to me.
I have a law degree and spent years working closely with politicians in Brazil, which taught me discretion, patience, and how to communicate gracefully - even in tricky moments. I'm trustworthy, warm, fun to be around, and I show up fully for the people I support. I'd love the chance to bring that same care into your daily life.
