A little bit about me

I’ve been a nanny for 4.5 years, 3 of them as a Live-In nanny. I’m currently a full time nanny and house manager for a family with 4 kids (2 set of twins). 1st set are 5 y/o and 2nd set are soon to be 4 y/o. I'm a very caring, patient, committed, respectful & reliable person. I also have experience with kids with ADHD and some special needs (2.5 years of experience). I don't smoke. I’d rather have a set routine, I think when there’s a structure to follow, it’s easier to go through the day meeting everyone’s expectations. Screen limit has always been a family ruse so I’m used to read with them kids (I always try to make it in a fun way to keep their attention), coloring, painting, playing with play dough, scavenger hunting, hide and seek. Outside activities like going to the playground and just engaging with them.
I’m CPR certified (renewed around 5 months ago), bilingual, Infant Qualified, I have my own car and driver license so I won’t mind long commute.

My experience with special needs children...

I used to live and work for a family with two girls. The youngest girl (6 y/o) has ADHD, aggressive behavior and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I took care of them for 2.5 years now. She was pretty challenging but she also built a lot of patience and understanding in me. I learned how to deal with her and how to understand her.
