Hey there! I love interacting and caring for children. I have around 2 years of experience as a babysitter. I stopped babysitting and became a child swim instructor ranging ages from 13 months- 12 yrs. Teaching the children, making great relationships and connections with them was my favorite part! My experience with special needs children...

While working at Goldfish Swim School I got the opportunity to work with a handful of special needs children. My youngest student was 5yrs old and my oldest was 22yrs old. I Proudly was able to teach my youngest student how to float and feel safe in the water! This student at first was one who clenched onto me so tight I would have marks the next day! He at the end of his lessons was finally able to stand in the water all by himself, blow bubbles and stick his head underwater quickly! It was amazing to see!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The family I worked for had a Goldendoodle that was still a baby and we were in the process of training. I let her out one morning and I could NOT get her to come back inside! I tried everything she was not budging! The 5 year old girl I was watching comes to me and says " Im going to use my best trick!" She went to the door and called her name, next thing you know she dog came right inside!! I was Shook! I called the mom cracking up because I was having so much trouble and she did it like nothing!
