"Nelly was an absolutely amazing nanny. I always felt like she treated my son as if he were her own grandson. She is very sweet and caring. I was a new mom and she had great helpful tips and advice that I appreciated, but would always follow my direction on what I thought was best. I worked from home and she made sure I never missed a milestone, yet would sense when I needed space to work without disruption. She communicated with me very well and would bring up anything she noticed with my son that could be out of the ordinary. I still stay in contact with her as she became part of the family and my son still adores her."
