My Brailyn son is a special needs child. He is a heart warrior and That name is given to babies who've had open heart surgery. Brailyn had OHS at the tender age of 1 month old and he was total care. I changed GI tubes, Tube fed, Cleaned wound and Put on new bandages, And I also gave daily shots/medicines.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was watching my first baby take his first steps at 10 months old and smile with every step. It gave me the same joy as if he were my own.
