I'd say the moment that really made me smile was when the little boy I currently watch (until August) wrote his name for the first time at 3 years old. It's a 3 letter word, but I just felt so proud of him and us for having that accomplishment. It was right up there with potty training him :)

Shortly after I worked for personal families around Albuquerque and had nannied 4 month old till she was 1 year.
I am a mama of a 10 month old and I currently work in the infant room at New Soul Learning Center. We have babies from 6 weeks old to 1 year. Typically around 5-8 babies at a time. I manage feedings,diapers,nap schedules,etc.
Prior to the infant room I worked in the 3 year old room. Assisted with potty training, a lot of outdoor play, fine motor skills, etc.
I am also first aid and CPR certified!
