Hi!
My names Nicole, and I’m originally from Baltimore, MD. I’ve lived in Florida since 2010. I’m 25 years old, and have been working with young children since I was 15. I have always had a passion for working with children, and hope to continue an education in Early Childhood Care. I am the oldest sister of 5 younger siblings, so I have always felt a natural pull to be a leader in the household and set prime examples for the little eyes that were always looking up to me! I’ve had experience with children ranging from newborn to 10 years old, and consistently have taken care of a young boy who is on the spectrum for autism and requires special accommodations.
In my free time I love to read, take care of my plants, practice yoga (still a beginner!), and recently have been trying to have more fun in the kitchen!

I volunteered at my local church for 4 consecutive years with the childcare service provided by the church. I worked with children aged newborn to 11 yrs.

I love taking nature walks, reading, singing, dancing, and doing anything that helps both the children and I keep our minds and bodies active!

The most important part of being nanny is hands down the additional love, compassion and teaching you can provide and build upon with the family. A nanny’s job is to be an extra set of hands to help the family with not only stimulating and entertaining the children, but helping foster an environment where the children are cared for properly and according to each families personal values and dynamic.

I have helped out frequently with a longtime family friends child since birth who was diagnosed on the spectrum when he was 3 years old. I’ve learned a lot about helping children who need special accommodations and how to care with empathy and patience.
